Qi Gong / T’ai Chi Seated Exercises

image In South London T’ai Chi, we have developed a series on one hour Chair Based Qigong / T’ai Chi session for people with a range of physical mobility needs.
These classes contain; Qigong and T’ai Chi movements combined with meditation while one is seated. These movements are carefully chosen to stimulate the various points/organs in the body.

South London T’aichi has been running T’ai chi and Qigong sessions for the elderly sisters of The Society of The Sacred Heart Since 2008 .  An hour weekly exercise has been offered to cater for for sisters unable to stand or using wheelchairs as well as other sisters.  Cheng Man-ch’ing’s Short Form is also taught to those with greater mobility.
