T’ai Chi - Walking on a Frozen Lake: This is a very good exercise in “Mindfulness” and staying in the present moment. It was proven to be a very useful exercise last winter in London while walking in the park on frozen paths. My mature students particularly love this exercise for improving their coordination and fitness.
T’ai Chi - Front Heart Salutation: This simple exercise assists in opening up the “Front Heart” channel of energy. My students particularly love these movements
as they are easy to remember.
T’ai Chi - Warm up Exercises (on request only) : These exercises are used to
