T’ai Chi for Lambeth Age UK - 11 April - 27 June 2012 from 10.00-11.30
A new T’ai Chi and Balanced Improvement session has been developed in collaboration between South London T’ai Chi and Lambeth Age UK. The “Fit as a Fiddle” programme is promoting increased physical activity and well-being amongst older people in Lambeth. This programme is Lottery funded.
Session starts on Wednesdays 11 April - 27 June 2012 from 10.00-11.30 in Coventry Hall, Polworth Road, SW16 2EE lasting twelve weeks.
This is in addition to two recently completed programmes for Age UK Lambeth in
Coventry Hall, Polworth Road and Purser House in Tusle Hill Estate.
