South London T’ai Chi has been running Balance Improvement movements, T’ai chi and medition sessions for the elderly sisters of The Society of The Sacred Heart since 2008.
The one hour weekly sessions caters for both able and also for sisters who are unable to stand or have limited mobility. These classes contain; gentle T’ai Chi and Balance Improvement movements combined with seated meditation. The Society of The Sacred Heart invites the local community to come and join these sessions with them by prior arrangement.
