South London T’ai Chi and the Katherine Low Settlement are starting a new course for the community from Friday 17th September 2010 at the Katherine Low Settlement, 108 Battersea High Street, London, SW11 3HP. This class has been established around our core students “Women of Wandsworth - WOW Mums Group”.

T’ai Chi - Balance Improvement at reCentre Health in Balham - News
South London T’ai Chi has been invited to run T’ai Chi - Balance Improvement sessions at this newly built centre in the heart of Balham. The course takes place every Wednesday evening from 18.00 - 19.00 at: 260 Balham High Road, London SW17 7AN.
The class syllabus includes: Warm up exercises and meditation, partner work and Cheng Man-ch’ing’s Yang style Short Form.
T’AI CHI FOR THE RESIDENTS OF LAMBETH - MYATT’S FIELDS PARK, Brixton
A new FREE T’ai Chi course was started on July 2009 for the residents of Lambeth in Myatt’s Fields Park. This course was subsidised by Lambeth Council and took place every Wednesday evening from: 18.00 - 19.30, Myatt’s Fields Park , Cormont Road, London SE5 9RA. The course was FREE and open to all individuals and groups. This course came to an end in October 2009.

T’ai Chi for over 50s - Battersea - News
Since 2008: South London T’ai Chi used to run weekly classes as part of Wandsworth Council’s Active Lifestyles 50+ Programme which was dedicated to promoting and encouraging physical activity and exercise amongst over 50s in Wandsworth. Since July 2010: These weekly classes continue to run in collaboration between the Katherine Low Settlement and South London Taichi maintaining its low fee. The class syllabus includes: Warm up and Meditation exercises, T’ai Chi Walk, Partner Work and the Yang Style Cheng Man-ch’ing’s Short Form.
